The apartment block is modern and situated on one of Santa Pola's tree lined avenues only 25 metres from the main beach. µµµµµµµµ There are two lifts and parking is available in the avenues which surround the apartment building, although during August there is a heavy influx of cars as this is the main Spanish holiday month, and the resort is very popular. µµµµµµµµ Your holiday apartment is on the seventh floor and has two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin-bedded, The balcony enjoys lateral views of the Yacht Club basin and Mediterranean.

	The bathroom includes a shower, bath and bidet. µµµµµµµµ If you decide to eat in rather than sample the many, local restaurants, the compact kitchen has all you need to prepare the meals of your choice. µµµµµµµµ There are banks, bars, boats, beaches and a supermarket for your immediate needs all within a one minute walk of the apartment and many other restaurants and shops, including a large supermarket, towards the town - a 5-minute walk away. µµµµµµµµ
The spacious sitting room provides a comfortable place to relax. A radio/cassette/CD player is provided and there is a TV showing 30+ digital spanish TV channels, and a DVD player. With balconies around two sides of the apartment there are some superb views of the sea, the yacht club and across the town of Santa Pola. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants & ATM facilities are all within a 3-minute walk.
