What's Included in the price?

The Apartment will have been thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation and will be cleaned weekly for tenants with multi-week bookings.

The prices page shows the price you pay for use of the apartment and building facilities between the dates you have booked. It includes use of:-

Electricity (including electric water heater)
Water
Bedding*
Towels (including tea towels)*
Cookware
Electric kettle
Digital TV
Tableware
Cleaning equipment
Welcome folder
Beach umbrellas
Wind break
Folding chairs
Spanish phrase book
* changed weekly
We also provide picture postcards to send home to your friends.

The kitchen is compact, 'galley' style and has a microwave oven, small conventional oven, two ring electric hob, refrigerator with top freezer compartment, sink with drainer and  work surfaces.

The bathroom contains W.C., wash basin, bidet and bath with shower over. 

There is a laundry 200 metres away.

We can also offer Euros with a buy-back service - both commission free.
 
What's Not Included

Travel to and from your home destination
Transfer to and from the airport (Taxi is approx 20€ each way)
Food and drink during your stay.*
Holiday insurance
Sunshine guarantee

* Some essential items like teabags, milk, coffee etc, may be made available if you are arriving very late at night - please advise when booking.

We only ask that you:-

1. Don't Smoke in the apartment.
2. Leave the place as you would wish to find it replace any broken or lost items.
3. Have respect for the neighbours - keep the noise down if arriving back late!
